In what cases will I not have a claim?

Updated over 11 months ago

According to the "Passenger Charter of Rights" of the Ministry of Shipping and the Aegean & the Greek Consumers’ Union, you will not have a claim for delay, interruption, cancellation or change of route due to public order and public safety requirements, due to force majeure in the application of provisions of law (such as Article 6(3)(d) of Law 2932/2001) or the orders of the competent authority in general, and in particular for the provision of assistance to ships or persons at risk or for any approved change to scheduled routes relating to the coverage of extraordinary transport needs or which are required in the public interest.
