1. Group booking through chat:
If you are traveling with a large group (typically 18-20+ people), contact our team and we will handle it for you. We negotiate with the operators for group discounts, manage the complex passenger list, and ensure everyone is on the same departure.
Please reach out to us at least 10 business days before your trip, providing the following info:
- Date & time
- Departure and arrival port
- Number and type of passengers (for example adult, child, senior)
- Number and type of vehicles
Note: Currently, our group service covers ferry tickets only (it does not include transfers or extra land services). Group policies vary by country and company. Group tickets are often non-refundable once issued, but we will walk you through all the details during your request!
2. Make Multiple Bookings (Best for groups under 10):
Our website and app allow you to book for up to 9 passengers and 4 vehicles in a single transaction. If your group is small (e.g., 12 people), you can simply make two separate bookings back-to-back.
