What is a loyalty card and how to use it?

Updated over a month ago

A loyalty card is a reward program offered by some ferry companies to passengers who frequently travel with them. Members of these programmes enjoy a range of exclusive privileges and benefits, usually by earning points with every ticket purchase, which can be redeemed for rewards later.

To use a loyalty card in your reservation, follow these steps during the booking process:

1. Enable the Loyalty Card Option: During the booking process, at the "Tickets" step, select the option for the loyalty card, if it is supported.

2. Enter the Loyalty Card Number: Fill in the "Loyalty Card Number" in the designated field.

3. If the details are correct, a green check icon will appear, as shown in the image below.

Kindly note that loyalty cards are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or assigned by the holder to any third party. It's highly recommended that you have the loyalty card with you on the day of your trip. You may be asked to present it before boarding, and occasionally for collecting points when making purchases at the ferry shops, cafe bars, and restaurants.
