If you need to add a child or infant, please contact our customer support team via chat. Since you already have a booking, we’ll exceptionally waive the €6 service fee, and you’ll only need to pay the ticket price for the underage passenger.
For adult passengers, we recommend booking them separately for the same trip through our website. This is usually the fastest and simplest solution. If your seats are numbered, the ferry crew can help you sit together. If your seats are unassigned (e.g., deck or lounge), there’s no need to worry, since passengers can sit wherever they like. However, you still have the option to contact our team in order to add the adult passenger to an existing booking.
Kindly note that if the additional person needs to stay in the same cabin as your existing booking, you should modify it. If you are still eligible for a full refund according to your ferry operator’s policy, please cancel your original booking through the My booking page and then make a new booking that includes all passengers in the correct cabin type. Alternatively, you can contact our team via chat for assistance.
