What is the difference between the Ferryhopper Code, Reservation/Company Code, and Access Code?

Updated over 11 months ago

Ferryhopper Code: This is a unique alphanumeric code associated with your booking that always starts with "FH". You can find it at the top of your confirmation email. Use this code along with your email to log in to the "My booking" page, where you can review your booking details, cancel or modify your tickets.

Reservation and Company Codes: These codes are generated from each ferry company's system and are related to your tickets. They are often required to complete online check-in. Both codes are included in your booking confirmation email, below the itinerary details.

Access Code: This code is used by some Ferry Companies (e.g. Blue Star Ferries, ANEK Lines, Superfast Ferries) and is required for the online check-in process. This code is also found in the booking confirmation email, below the itinerary details, and next to the Reservation & Company Code.
