​What are the benefits of FlexiCancel?

- Cancel for any reason: You can cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure and I will ensure you get a guaranteed 80% refund of your ticket value.
- Early bird bonus: If you cancel even earlier (usually 14-30 days before), you could receive up to 100% of your ticket value back.
- No extra fees: We will completely waive our standard 6€ cancellation fee for you.
- Flexi Service included: You also get all the perks of our Flexi Service, including your 1st change for each trip without our service fee.

​Important things to keep in mind:

- Non-refundable: The FlexiCancel service fee itself is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Non-transferable: The protection stays with the original booking and cannot be moved to a different one.
- Time-sensitive: This service must be selected during your initial checkout; I cannot add it to a booking once it has been completed.
