The final refund amount is always determined by the ferry company’s specific policy and depends on how much time remains between the cancellation and your departure. For example, in most Greek companies, passengers are entitled to a full refund if they make a cancellation request up to 7 or 14 days before departure, in Italian companies they usually are entitled to a 90% refund up to 30 days, and in Spanish companies they are either entitled to at most 90% refund or a full refund up to 3 days or 24 hours before departure.
Additionally, please note that a small cancellation fee of €6 (euros) per booking applies, unless you have purchased some of our extra services, such as FlexiCancel/Support Plus.
With FlexiCancel specifically, we ensure you can cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before departure with a guaranteed 80% refund. This service also waives standard service fees and includes the perks of our Flexi Service for easy trip changes.
If you attempt to cancel through the "My trips/My booking" section very close to your departure, the system may not display a refundable amount, even if you are still entitled to a refund according to the ferry company's policy, as our customer service team might not be able to handle your request on time. In those cases, you can either contact our team to verify whether you are actually entitled to a refund, or, if you are already at the departure port, visit a local agency.
