Can I change my trip to a different ferry company?

In general, you can change your trip date and time, but only with the same ferry company.

That’s why we created Flexi & Flexi Plus, our smart add-on services that give you full freedom to change your trip as you wish — even to rebook with a different ferry company — without paying a Ferryhopper modification fee, so you only pay the difference in ticket prices (if there is any).

Unlike standard tickets, Flexi services allow you to rebook your trip with a different ferry operator entirely.

You can add this service at the final step of the booking process. Please note that Flexi cannot be added after the booking is completed or transferred to a new booking. Keep in mind that Flexi must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be retrospectively applied.

Alternatively, if you didn't choose Flexi and wish to switch to a different ferry company, you can cancel your original trip through the My booking page and make a new booking. Cancellation fees may apply. Refund policies may allow partial refunds depending on the fare conditions of the ticket. For example, some tickets might offer a 50% refund when canceled under specific terms.
